KCl for 100 ml of 0.075M solution preparation
The solution is used in cytological and cytogenetic practice as KCl hypotonic solution.
This product is intended for research purposes.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: The hypotonic solution is prepared by dissolving 0.56 g of KCl in 100 ml of distilled water. Before use preheat to temperature of 37 °C.
HOW SUPPLIED: in plastic bottle of 10 ml.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: at room temperature in a place protected from light.
