A novelty will be the complete nutrient medium "Lymphogen" - this is our development of a medium for the preparation of human peripheral blood lymphocytes for ELISPOT.
Lymphogen is a ready-to-use sterile culture medium consisting of salts, amino acids, vitamins, glucose and phenol red dissolved in deionized water. It contains human albumin, transferrin and antibiotics.
The Lymphogen medium provides the necessary conditions for the cultivation of lymphocytes isolated from human whole blood for their subsequent use for research diagnostic purposes.
The "Virological transport medium" according to TU 21.20.23-020-45171785-2019 will also be presented. The medium has a registration certificate.
