Lymphogen is our development of an environment for the preparation of human peripheral blood lymphocytes for ELISPORT. The "Lymphogen" medium is a ready-to-use sterile nutrient medium consisting of a mixture of salts, amino acids, vitamins, glucose, phenolic red dissolved in deionized water, contains human albumin and transferrin, antibiotics. The "Lymphogen" medium provides the necessary conditions for the cultivation of lymphocytes isolated from human whole blood for their subsequent use for research diagnostic purposes.
