Lymphokar-2 is a ready-to-use serum-free medium containing all the substances required for culturing whole-blood lymphocytes: inorganic salts, amino acids, vitamins, glucose, phenol red, antibiotics, PHA-P and other components.
Phytohaemagglutinin-P (PHA-P), present at an optimal concentration for human lymphocytes, gives the medium its mitogenic effect.
Amniokar medium is an auxiliary product for diagnostics in vitro, intended for culturing amniotic fluid cells for cytogenetic analysis, as well as fibroblasts and other cells of mesenchymal origin for laboratory purposes.
Suitable culture materials include amniotic fluid cells, chorionic cells, fibroblasts and other cells of mesenchymal origin.
