Stem cell factor sterile
Kit ligand Precursor, C-kit ligand, SCF, Mast cell growth factor, MGF, SF, KL-1, Kitl, DKFZp686F2250.
SCF factor is cytokine that binds to CD117 (c-Kit). It can be in two forms: SCF bound to cell surface and soluble SCF. Soluble factor is obtained from the cellular one due to cleavage by metalloproteases. SCF is an important factor for survival, proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells. SCF also affects BFU-E progenitor cells of red blood cells.
This product is intended for research purposes.
Human recombinant EGF is produced by E. coli and consists of 163 amino acid residues.
Lyophilized from solution with concentration of 1 mg / ml from aqueous solution containing 0.02% NaHCO3.
Molecular weight is 18.4 kDa.
The purity was determined by electrophoresis in polyacrylamide gel and is 98%.
The preparation should be dissolved in 18MΩ-cm water, at concentration of at least 100 mcg/ml. After that dilution to desired aliquots is possible.
The dry preparation is stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, longer storage is permissible at -18℃.
The diluted solution should be stored at temperature of 4℃ for 2-7 days, for longer storage use carrier protein (0.1% BSA) and freezing -18℃.
Do not allow repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
