Human recombinant Flt3-L is produced by E. coli and consists of 155 amino acid residues.
Molecular weight is 17.6 kDa.
Lyophilized with no additives.
The preparation should be dissolved in sterile 18MΩ-cm water, at concentration of at least 100 micrograms/ml.
After that further dilution and separation to desired aliquots is possible.
Despite the fact that the lyophilized preparation can be stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, it should be stored at -18oC. Protein solution is stored in the refrigerator +4oC for 7 days, for longer storage - in the freezer at -18oC. For long-term storage add carrier protein (0.1 HSA or BSA). Repeated freezing and thawing is not allowed.
The purity was determined by electrophoresis in polyacrylamide gel (SDS-PAGE) and is 97.0%.
