TPO is a hormone, glycoprotein, produced by the liver and kidneys, which affects the production of trimbocytes by the bone marrow. It stimulates differentiation of megakaryocytes in the bone marrow, where they are divided into many platelets.
This product is intended for research purposes.
Human recombinant TPO is produced by HEK cells.
Lyophilized from solution of 0.75 mg / ml in 1xPBS.
Molecular weight is 80-85 kDa.
The purity was determined by electrophoresis in polyacrylamide gel, it is 95%.
Preparing:
The preparation should be dissolved in 18MΩ-cm water, at concentration of at least 100 mcg/ml. After that further dilution and separation to desired aliquots is permissible.
The dry preparation is stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, longer storage is permissible at -18℃.
The diluted solution should be stored at temperature of 4℃ for 2-7 days, for longer storage use freezing -18℃.
Do not allow repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
