It is purified by triple filtration through a filter with pore size of 40 nm.
Tested for: sheep catarrhal fever, cattle adenovirus, cattle parvovirus, cattle viral diarrhea, cattle respiratory syncytial virus, cytopathogenic agents, hemadsorbent agents, rabies virus, reovirus.

Endotoxin content: no more than 10 units/ml
Hemoglobin: less than 10 mg/ml
Mycoplasma: free
Testing for viruses-free: Bluetongue, Bovine adenovirus, Bovine parvovirus, Bovine respiratory syncytial virus, Bovine viral diarrhea virus, Rabies, Reovirus, Cytopathogenic agents (e.g., IBR), Hemadsorbing agents (e.g., PI3).
Storage: at temperature of -20 °C.
After defrosting, store in the refrigerator and use for 6 weeks. If necessary, the serum can be divided into aliquots and frozen again.
