FetalClone I Serum Substitute (FetalClone 1)
It is used as an additive for cell culture. The serum substitute is optimized for cultivation of hybridoma cells.
Ability to stimulate cell growth is comparable to that of animal origin. High stability of composition from series to series. Low levels of endotoxins and hemoglobin.
It is purified by triple filtration through a filter with pore size of 40 nm.
This product is intended for research purposes.

Endotoxin content: no more than 10 units/ml
Hemoglobin: less than 20 mg/ml
Mycoplasma: not detected
Testing for viruses-free: Bluetongue, Bovine adenovirus, Bovine parvovirus, Bovine respiratory syncytial virus, Bovine viral diarrhea virus, Rabies, Reovirus, Cytopathogenic agents (e.g., IBR), Hemadsorbing agents (e.g., PI3).
Storage: at temperature of -20 °C.
After defrosting store in the refrigerator and use for 6 weeks. If necessary, the serum can be divided into aliquots and frozen again.
