User Agreement

1. General provisions
1.1.  This User Agreement (hereinafter the  "Agreement" ) constitutes a public offer and sets out the terms on which users may use, through the Service, the materials and services made available by the Administrator on the website at:  www.paneco.ru  (hereinafter the "Website")  .
1.2.  The Service is the combination of software and hardware available on the Website that enables the User to access its intended functions. The Service includes the interface, software and other elements (tools, algorithms and methods) necessary for the Website to function properly.
1.3.  The Administrator is  PanEco Research and Production Enterprise LLC , represented by its General Director acting under the Company's Charter (hereinafter the  "Administrator" ).
1.4.   The User  means any individual and/or legal entity, including a visitor to the Website, who accepts the terms of the Agreement.
1.5.  The Agreement constitutes a public offer under Article 435 and clause 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1.6.  The Agreement, concluded by acceptance of this offer, does not require signatures from both parties and is valid in electronic form.
1.7.  By starting to use the Website and/or any of its functions, the User is deemed to have accepted the terms of the Agreement in full, without any reservations or exceptions.
2. User obligations
2.1.  Any use of the Website's materials, including but not limited to copying, reproduction or adaptation of materials used on the Website, is prohibited, except for quotations to the extent objectively necessary for the User's purposes of quotation.
2.2.  When quoting materials from the Website, including copyright-protected works, a reference to the Website is mandatory.
3. Administrator liability
3.1.  The Administrator is not liable for the User's visits to or use of external resources to which the Website may contain links.
3.2.  The Administrator is not liable and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any potential or actual losses or damage related to any Website content, copyright registration or information about such registration, goods or services available on or obtained through external websites or resources, or other dealings entered into by the User using information posted on the Website or links to external resources.
3.3.  The User agrees that the Administrator bears no liability and has no obligations in connection with advertising that may be placed on the Website by the Administrator or third parties, including automated advertising systems installed on the Website.
4. Changes to the Agreement
4.1.  The Administrator may unilaterally change the terms of the Agreement at any time. Such changes take effect one day after the new version of the Agreement is posted on the Website.
4.2.  If the User disagrees with the changes, they must cease accessing the Website and stop using its materials and services.
4.3.  By continuing to use the Website, the User confirms their unconditional acceptance of the new version of the Agreement.
5. Final provisions
5.1.  All disputes arising out of or in connection with the Agreement must be resolved in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
