EGF stimulates growth of epidermal and epithelial tissues and fibroblasts both in vivo and in vitro. EGF has a great influence on differentiation of specific cells in vivo and is a powerful mitogenic factor in cell cultures of ecto- and mesodermal origin.

Human recombinant EGF is produced by E. coli and consists of 54 amino acid residues.
Molecular weight is 6.3 kDa.
The purity was determined by electrophoresis in polyacrylamide gel and is more than 92%
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4
EGF preparation is stable at temperature of -70℃ for 12 months.
Diluted solution should be stored at temperature from -20℃ to -80℃. Do not allow repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
