Lymphogen is our medium developed for preparing human peripheral blood lymphocytes for ELISPOT.

Lymphogen is a ready-to-use sterile culture medium consisting of salts, amino acids, vitamins, glucose and phenol red dissolved in deionized water. It contains human albumin, transferrin and antibiotics.         

Lymphogen provides the conditions required for culturing lymphocytes isolated from human whole blood for subsequent use in research and diagnostic applications.
