On May 19, 1581, Russia's first pharmacy opened – it operated in the court of Ivan the Terrible and served only the royal family. The interior was fitting: peacock feathers, crystal glassware, velvet furniture. 445 years later, pharmacies have become not only more functional but, most importantly, accessible to everyone – and that is thanks in no small part to pharmaceutical workers.
The decision to introduce a new professional holiday was made on May 15, 2021, and four days later, Pharmacist's Day was celebrated in Russia for the first time. We have now been continuing this tradition for 5 years!
According to a study by OKS Labs, the Russian pharmaceutical market grew by 17% in 2025 – a sign of the enormous public demand for modern pharmaceutical solutions. We are proud to supply researchers with materials for their work, providing a foundation that will help take medicine to the next level.
