Lymphogen is a ready-to-use sterile culture medium consisting of salts, amino acids, vitamins, glucose and phenol red dissolved in deionized water. It contains bovine albumin, transferrin and antibiotics. It also provides the conditions required for culturing lymphocytes isolated from human whole blood for subsequent use.
