CryoDex, sterile solution, 8 mL
A cryoprotectant solution based on dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and rheopolyglucin in a 1:1 ratio.
Appearance: A clear, colourless liquid without precipitate.
Intended use: Cryopreservation of cell cultures for research use.
Quality control: Specific activity is tested using the cell line HeLa. The number of viable cells after freezing is at least 60%. Results for the specific batch are stated in its quality certificate.
Directions for use: Aseptically add the required volume of solution to the cell suspension before freezing. Select the dilution scheme and final DMSO concentration in accordance with the cryopreservation protocol for the specific cell line.
Storage conditions: At +2 to +8°C, protected from light.
