RPMI-1640 medium with alanyl-glutamine, 500 mL, EuroPET
A mixture of inorganic salts, amino acids, vitamins, glucose and phenol red dissolved in purified water and sterilized by membrane filtration. Contains no antibiotics. The stable glutamine analogue alanyl-glutamine has been added, allowing prolonged storage without changes in composition and eliminating the need to add glutamine.
Product: A clear, reddish-orange liquid without opalescence or precipitate.
Intended use: Developed for suspension cell culture, primarily lymphocytes and blood-derived cell lines. Also suitable for a wide range of animal and human cells, including hybridomas, myeloma lines, HeLa, astrocytes, PBMCs, epithelial cells and tumour cell lines. Used in research, clinical laboratories and sanitary-epidemiological laboratories.
Directions for use: Ready to use. If necessary, the medium may be supplemented with components specific to the assay conditions. For sterile work, open the bottle under aseptic conditions.
Storage conditions: Store at +2 to +8°C, protected from light. Transport by any covered means of transport.
